JOB DESCRIPTION
Join the education revolution, and teach like never before! We are a Preschool and Public Charter school that opened in 2021 providing preschool through 8th grade education like never before! Through high-fidelity implementation of the scientifically developed, highly-researched Montessori Method and nature-based methods, students establish firmly grounded academic understanding through use of hands-on learning while developing grit, grace and courtesy, practical life skills, and independent critical thinking; all of which are crucial tools for lifelong success. Our curriculum helps students to make sense of the world around them without gaining skills at the expense of actual knowledge.

Let's stop teaching to create good test-takers, and instead teach to inspire the next generation to be successful- well-rounded, critical thinking, problem-solving, self-driven, lifelong learners!

Our holistic approach to learning examines all avenues that will affect lifelong student success. A minimalist environment and small studio sizes of 18 students maximum enables our students to safely learn through trial and error and maximize your impact on each learner. Learning holistically through nature exploration is a major component of our programming in addition to learning practical life skills such as cooking, gardening, and caring for one's environment. Studies are instructed individually and in small groups during interdisciplinary work cycles for limited daily interruptions allowing time, space, and individualization to engage in academic work in a way that is most meaningful to them and beneficial to their learning needs.

If you are looking to shape the future and inspire many creative minds to think outside of the box this is YOUR opportunity!
