Job Description

mavQ is seeking a motivated Associate Consultant to join our team. mavQ is a low-code Artificial Intelligence platform that enables organizations to build fast, cohesive, and user-friendly applications to digitally transform while creating valuable insights. mavQ offers AI-enabled products such as Intelligent document processing, a contact center platform, a suite of electronic research administration tools, DataX- a data orchestration and pipeline tool with a built-in machine learning workbench, and more. mavQ also offers professional services for full-stack development and AI services on the multi-cloud ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

1. Delivery

• Help in coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist dynamic workshops and interviews to gather precise technical and functional requirements.
• Apply user-centric design methodologies, such as empathy maps, persona creation, and user journey mapping, to deeply understand user interactions and needs.
• Assist in producing detailed user stories and process flows to communicate requirements effectively to technical teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in formulating test cases from design documents to cover all functionalities and conduct usability tests to confirm solution efficacy and user satisfaction.
• Assist in formulating stakeholder reviews of test cases to secure early approval, setting a strong foundation for UAT scripts.

2. Presales

• Meet with external stakeholders on business needs, market trends, and how mavQ Solutions can fit into those needs
• Assist in developing demonstrations with our products
• Facilitating the pre-sales process

3. Organization Development:

• Operational Excellence:
• Learn mavQ products new features with given releases.
• Required travel for key project milestones.
• Maintain utilization goals.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree and above is desired.
• 1+ years of experience with business analytics and statistical analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - written and verbal communications, critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving.
• Solid judgment and the ability to accomplish goals.
• Experience working with IT developers to deliver new systems to improve processes.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to stand and sit for sustained periods of time, at least 50%.
• Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data; transcribing/typing; viewing a computer; extensive reading.
