🍞 Full-Time Overnight Baker – Tuesday to Saturday, 10PM–6AM 🍩
Location: Lost Larson, 2021 W. Fulton St. Chicago, IL
We’re looking for a dedicated Overnight Baker to join our team! If you thrive in a quiet, focused environment and love the smell of fresh-baked bread in the early hours, this could be the perfect fit for you.
🕒 Schedule:
Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday
Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
What You’ll Do:
Mix, shape, and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods
Follow recipes and maintain consistent product quality
Manage time efficiently to meet production goals
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift
Prepare for the next day’s production needs
Occasionally assist with inventory and supply ordering
What We’re Looking For:
Previous baking experience (commercial or professional preferred)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Comfortable working independently overnight
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Passion for baking and commitment to quality
