### What You'll Do:
- Manage Contracts & Billing: Oversee contract setup and billing, ensuring alignment with contract terms and invoicing rules for smooth project execution.
- Invoice Processing: Handle all aspects of contract invoicing, including setting up new customers and jobs, establishing milestones, and managing fee schedules.
- System Configuration: Maintain LCATS, billing rates, and provisional rates within financial systems.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Contract Administrators, Project Managers, and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Audit Support: Provide essential documentation for internal and external audits to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Financial Impact: Contribute to the overall success of projects through accurate and timely financial processing.

### What You'll Bring:
- JAMIS Expertise: Proficiency in JAMIS Receivables and Contracts modules.
- Government Contracting Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with government contracts.
- Independent & Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to accuracy and precision in financial processing.
- Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adjusting to changing schedules.
