Position Overview:
We are seeking multiple Business Analysts with 3+ to 10+ years of experience to support healthcare operations and systems by capturing business needs, writing detailed requirements, and ensuring traceability and alignment across project stakeholders. These roles play a key part in enabling cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, effective, and high-quality solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements. Experience with UKG and Kronos projects is a nice plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, administrative, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements
Document detailed business and functional requirements, epics, features, and user stories that support healthcare-specific workflows and systems
Develop formal documentation to support approvals, governance reviews, and compliance audits
Maintain traceability from business needs through implementation, including test coverage and validation tracking
Support reconciliation of requirements across systems and teams, ensuring consistency and resolving gaps
Participate in UAT planning, test case alignment, and validation of delivered features against requirements
Ensure alignment with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), internal policies, and documentation standards
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies or unmet needs in current workflows
Qualifications:
3+ to 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a healthcare or life sciences environment
Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, or payer/provider systems
Experience documenting epics, features, and detailed functional requirements in Agile or hybrid project environments
Proficient with traceability tools and documentation practices (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Excel, or equivalent platforms)
Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, HITECH, or CMS requirements
Exceptional attention to detail, written communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with UKG and/or Kronos is a strong plus
