Role Description:
LST Group is currently seeking a Carrier Sales Representative for our Dry Van and Reefer Division. This is a full-time, on-site role in our Tampa Branch.

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Cover daily loads for both Dry Van and Reefer freight types.
  • Build and maintain a reliable and robust carrier base to meet customer needs.
  • Properly vet and qualify carriers to ensure quality service and mitigate risk.
  • Negotiate rates and terms with carriers to secure the best value.
  • Ensure accuracy in all aspects of booking, from initial request through final delivery.
  • Provide outstanding follow-up to carrier base to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and freight management.
  • Extensive knowledge of Dry Van and Reefer Freight.
  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining a reliable carrier network.
  • Strong ability to assess and vet carriers to reduce risk.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up skills.
