Job Description

Lead and manage change initiatives, aligning with strategic objectives. Join OCM Advisory to drive impactful organizational transformations. Come join us Join our team as a Change Enablement Manager, where you'll lead and manage change management projects, applying formal change architectures and frameworks. You'll measure business outcomes, drive successful change adoption, and conduct data-driven analyses. Your role involves aligning stakeholders, assessing organizational readiness, and distributing timely information through effective communication strategies. You'll also design organizational structures to mitigate risks and develop strategic training plans. Lead complex projects, manage junior resources, and serve as the main customer contact.
