What You’ll Do:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC Swiss-style lathes with tight tolerances
• Use Esprit CAM software to create and optimize programs for complex, precision components
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
• Monitor machining operations and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
• Perform in-process inspections using shop tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges

You Bring:

• Proven expertise with CNC Swiss-style machining (e.g., Citizen, Star, Tsugami)
• Proficiency in Esprit or similar CAM software
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and GD&T
• Strong understanding of machining materials (aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, etc.)
• Familiarity with precision inspection tools and processes
• A detail-oriented, quality-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience working in aerospace, medical, or defense manufacturing is a plus
