With access to over 25 top-rated insurance carriers, we help businesses and individuals find the right policies at competitive rates. Our growth has created a need for additional Insurance Agents and Client Service Representatives who are highly driven, organized, and passionate about customer service.

What You'll Do:

Handle incoming calls from existing and prospective clients, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Assist the sales team in rating new policies through agency carrier portals when needed.

Cross-sell insurance products to existing clients.

Process policy changes such as vehicle or driver additions.

Manage renewals for existing policies each month.

Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the agency management system.

Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team.

What We're Looking For:

Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License (Required)

At least one year of experience in commercial insurance (Required)

College degree preferred; high school diploma required

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
