Position: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Hours: 15–20 per week

Pay: $22-$25 hourly

Location: Remote, must be based in North or South Carolina (occasional in-state travel required)

Treeline Associates is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Consultant – Chapter Administrator. This part-time, remote position is ideal for someone with experience in association management, event and meeting planning, marketing/communications, and administrative coordination who thrives in a self-directed, virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Event & Meeting Support

• Manage event registration setup, attendee tracking, and reporting
• Assist with onsite logistics and serve as on-site staff at events
• Coordinate speaker and sponsor registrations
• Support post-event follow-up including surveys and CEU documentation
• Maintain mobile app content and assist with educational credit approvals

Marketing & Communications

• Update chapter website content and forms
• Draft and distribute newsletters, reminders, and marketing communications
• Provide proofreading and formatting support for promotional materials
• Monitor analytics and report engagement performance to the Board

Membership & Engagement

• Maintain member databases and assist with inquiries
• Track member participation and engagement metrics
• Assist with volunteer coordination and awards nominations

Administrative & Board Support

• Attend and support Board and committee meetings (agendas, minutes, materials)
• Assist with board retreats and strategic planning sessions
• Maintain chapter records, bylaws, policy manuals, and governance documents
• Help ensure compliance with MPI Global requirements and deadlines
• Support project management tools and shared platforms (e.g., Basecamp)

Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Experience in event coordination and/or association operations

✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Cvent and other online platforms (e.g. Basecamp)

✔ Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently

✔ Familiarity with nonprofit or membership-based organizations a plus

✔ Must reside in North or South Carolina and be available fo
