Now #Hiring for a perm, full-time, hybrid Contact Center Platform Manager position. Location: San Francisco/Bay area, CA. Salary + Full Benefits . Onsite 3 days per wk.

  • We have partnered with a HealthCare System that is seeking a highly technical and operationally savvy Platform Manager to lead the evolution and optimization of contact center platforms.
  • Minimum of 5 yrs of experience in a technical role supporting contact center platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) platforms.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM administration.
  • Working knowledge of Epic integration and healthcare workflows (peripheral experience is acceptable).
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations and KPIs.
  • Background in high-volume customer-facing environments (retail industry experience is a plus).
  • This individual will play a key role in managing and advancing systems such as Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Salesforce, CRM platforms, and peripheral Epic systems
  • Experience working in academic medical centers or large health systems
  • The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of contact center operations and technologies, preferably with experience in retail, healthcare, or other high-touch industries.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
