Job Description



We are seeking a visionary and experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative direction, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for innovation. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of creative concepts that align with brand vision and marketing objectives.

PEOPLE LEADER 

People leaders must possess both the skills to effectively accomplish these tasks and the emotional intelligence to do so in alignment with our cultural values. In addition to the critical management and leadership tasks listed above, this role also includes the following unique responsibilities:

  • Responsible for and oversee their respective department. 
  • Interview, select and supervise the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures. 
  • Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards; review performance relative to departmental objectives discussion appraisal with each employee and performance; authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline, and discharge and administer all other personnel actions.

Qualifications



MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • 12+ years of digital, TV, print, traditional and trade marketing experience
  • 7+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with drug launch know-how highly valued
  • 5+ years of managing teams of around 3-8 people
  • Experience in both HCP and DTC advertising
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and all that it entails: disease state and product science, therapeutic industry standards, legal restrictions and competitive markets
  • Knowledge and background in working with therapeutic clients
  • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent in education + experience)
  • Book of strategic and beautiful work
  • Management and supervisory skill set; sense of humor
  • An understanding of both the creative and strategic aspects of advertising and leadership

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $139,000 to $206,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related

qualifications

/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
