Job Overview 

As a Customer Service Representative at Foundever, you will play a vital role in supporting one of the largest insurance and banking providers in the U.S. You will assist customers with their entry-level banking and financial needs while contributing to a team-centric environment.   • Location: Must reside in Montgomery, AL, or within commuting distance
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Experience: Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Availability: Must have flexible availability during operating hours
  • Customer Service Skills: A professional attitude and aptitude for customer service are essential
