We help multinational clients streamline their accommodation programs, saving them time and money with a fast, efficient system that replaces the traditional 48-to-72-hour bidding process. About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll manage high-volume housing requests and provide thoughtful, timely solutions to complex client needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing both expertise and a proactive attitude to meet the demands of corporate clients and relocation management partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming accommodation requests, presenting personalized housing options through our proprietary software.
Respond to client inquiries with detailed recommendations and solutions.
Build strong relationships with relocation consultants and partners.
Assist with reporting on conversion figures and identify opportunities for improvement.
Engage with hospitality partners, ensuring client requirements are met and reflected in supplier meetings and training.
Participate in property inspections, especially in the US region, to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with the Hospitality Growth team to identify market gaps and keep our offerings competitive.
Contribute to product development and the optimization of our proprietary technology for hospitality operators.
Be an active member of the community, participating in events, training, and content creation to support hospitality operators and the software ecosystem.
Assist with the optimization of customer success technology and processes.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in hotel reservations, corporate housing, global mobility, or relocation.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Willingness to participate in occasional weekend on-call rotations.
Must be based in the US.
