Our platform offers a network of over 7 million verified, vetted properties across 35,000 cities in 165 countries. With our robust quality control process and seamless integration, we empower global mobility and business travel managers to find the perfect accommodations for their teams, all while ensuring duty of care compliance and sustainability.
Our Client Development team is instrumental in this process, acting as trusted advisors to our clients. They stay ahead of market trends, analyze data, and equip clients with the tools and insights they need to make informed decisions about their accommodation needs.
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-volume accommodation requests, providing personalized solutions, and ensuring an excellent client experience. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys working collaboratively to find the best solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming accommodation requests and offer corporate clients and relocation partners tailored housing options via our proprietary software.
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, thoughtful recommendations.
Build strong relationships with relocation consultants and partners.
Track conversion rates and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Maintain positive relationships with hospitality partners (e.g., hotels, serviced apartments) and participate in supplier meetings or training sessions as needed.
Assist with property inspections (US region) to understand property quality.
Collaborate with the Hospitality Growth team to identify market gaps and enhance our offerings.
Contribute to the development of our proprietary technology and collaborate on product improvements for hospitality operators.
Engage in community-building efforts, including training sessions, content creation, events, and in-person visits.
Contribute to the optimization of Customer Success technology.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in hotel reservations, corporate housing, global mobility, or relocation.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Flexibility to be on call for occasional weekend rotation.
Based in the US.
