BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As an Employee Service Center Reporting Analyst , you’ll support the development and maintenance of various Employee Services Center (ESC) processes by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining data reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to effectively communicate findings.
You’ll communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations, dashboards, and other formats.
Your day-to-day focus will include using various systems to extract and transform data, analyzing trends, identifying and addressing data quality issues, and proposing solutions to improve reporting processes.
Advanced Excel skills are required. You’ll provide technology support for Human Resources applications, serving internal customers including HR Technology (HRT), and HR Business Partners. It’s a career that develops as you do, with opportunities to grow.
