Available Roles

Carpenter (Full-Time, Hybrid – Shelby Township, MI)

• The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made from wood and other materials. Key tasks include Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood
• Using power and hand tools to assemble frames, staircases, and other structures
• Finish carpentry tasks to ensure professional-quality installations

Estimator (Full-Time – Shelby Township, MI)

The Estimator plays a vital role in project cost analysis, budgeting, and preparing accurate proposals to ensure smooth project execution. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and project plans
• Conducting material take-offs and cost evaluations
• Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors for pricing
• Providing precise estimates that align with project goals and client expectations

Superintendent (Full-Time – Shelby Township, MI)

The Superintendent oversees job site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality control . Responsibilities include:

• Managing subcontractors and crews to keep projects on schedule
• Enforcing safety guidelines and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Problem-solving onsite issues and maintaining project documentation, collaborating with project managers to ensure seamless execution

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in relevant construction practices (Carpentry, Estimating, or Site Supervision)
• Experience with power tools and hand tools (for carpentry roles)
• Strong organizational and communication skills (for estimators and superintendents)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity (for field roles)
• High school diploma or equivalent ( certification in construction-related fields is a plus )
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
