Primary Care opportunity near Palm Beach & Boca Raton, FL, in Delray Beach Family Practice and Internal Medicine.

• Join an established, busy 5-provider group with a well-marketed 4,500 sq ft office and in-house lab.
• Employed position with potential to buy into the practice later; seeking a hardworking physician eager to grow the practice.
• Schedule includes 4-6 hospital patients/day and 18-22 office patients/day, with 75-100 new patients/month primarily assigned to the new physician.
• Base salary around $180K, plus an incentive plan; full benefits including 401k (3% match), BlueCross BlueShield, and dental.
• Shared call schedule (about 1:4 or 1:5), with options for moonlighting; opportunity to build a thriving primary care practice in a desirable location.
