Farm Equipment Operator / Maintenance Position available on 530 cow, family-owned, modern dairy farm in Farley, Iowa. Strief Farms is known in its community as a solid, well run business that is kept clean and neat. Its workforce is stable with low turnover. This position will be responsible for crop planting and harvesting, manure handling, silo and forage maintenance. During non-cropping periods, responsibilities will include maintenance of equipment, building and property, and bunk silo maintenance.
