Job Description

Argyll Infotech Inc is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Homebase Live Chat Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat interactions, helping them resolve issues and answering their inquiries promptly and professionally. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Resolve product-related issues and assist with account management queries.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer support process.
  • Identify common issues and suggest improvements for the services offered.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiarity with live chat support software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
