What You'll Do:

As a Sales Agent, you'll play a key role in guiding individuals through one of their most important decisions—choosing the right Medicare plan. You'll be provided with high-quality leads (no cold calling!) and supported by a dedicated team, so you can focus on selling and helping clients find the best solutions.

Become a Medicare Expert - Participate in a mix of classroom and hands-on training to develop top-notch sales skills.
Work with Industry-Leading Insurance Carriers - Represent trusted brands with strong financial ratings.
Engage with Prospects Daily - Call and connect with leads, serving as a trusted advisor for Medicare options.
Use Advanced Technology - Leverage cutting-edge tools to streamline the enrollment process.
Receive Ongoing Coaching - Work closely with managers to refine your sales techniques and exceed your goals.

Ability to focus 100% on work responsibilities during designated hours.
