Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision to Associate Counselors
- Offer psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records
- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards
- Communicate regularly with referral sources and other healthcare providers
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including art therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to develop effective treatment strategies
- Stay informed about psychopharmacology and maintain thorough medical documentation
- Collect and analyze data to enhance service delivery
- Foster positive relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work independently with a high degree of professionalism
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an LPC
- Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups
- Ability to create and implement personalized treatment plans
- Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and medical documentation
- Excellent data collection, analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Passion for patient care and making a positive impact in the lives of others
Job Details:
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Hourly Pay: $70.00 - $105.00 per hour
- Expected Hours:
- Provide at least 3 supervisions per week
- Work 15 to 40 hours per week
