About the Job

We are looking for a talented Live Chat Agent to join our team and help us provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may have. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers by providing them with the necessary information and resources they need to stay healthy and happy.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
• Provide accurate and helpful responses to customer questions regarding products, prices, and policies
• Navigate through multiple systems to find information and assist customers with placing orders
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Identify and escalate any emerging issues or trends to the appropriate departments
• Work closely with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
• Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or live chat environment
• Fluent in English, written and verbal, with excellent conversational skills
• Familiarity with basic computer programs (Word, Excel, etc.) and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Passion for helping others and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
• Embraces a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
