Responsibilities

• Execute cocktails with precision, speed, and consistency in a high-volume environment
• Assist in streamlining beverage components for maximum efficiency where necessary
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked bar areas at all times
• Follow recipes and house specs exactly — no free-pouring or ego-driven improvisations
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, hospitality, and teamwork
• Participate in training sessions and give feedback on improving drink systems
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Actively contribute to the vibe and momentum of a startup-minded team

Skills

• Strong work ethic and reliability — you show up ready to hustle
• Fast and clean behind the bar without cutting corners
• Deep respect for the craft of bartending, but even more for consistency and discipline
• Experience with pre-batching, infusions, or streamlined cocktail programs is a huge plus
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and evolve with the brand
• Excellent communication and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Familiarity with bar inventory systems, basic math for batching, and service flow
