Job Description

Job Title: Non-CDL Shuttle Driver
Location: Seattle, WA
Pay: $25.00 - $25.50 per hour + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Job Summary:
We are hiring professional, safety-minded CDL Shuttle Drivers to support a major transportation program in the Seattle area. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, customer-focused, and looking to grow within a company that values its team. Paid training is available for those who do not yet have a Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport business passengers along scheduled routes
  • Conduct daily DOT vehicle inspections and fuel equipment as needed
  • Promptly report any vehicle defects and complete required logs
  • Maintain a clean and professional vehicle at all times
  • Deliver a safe, smooth, and welcoming commute for passengers
  • Consistently provide excellent customer service
  • Follow safety policies and operating procedures

Must Haves / Requirements Summary:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screening
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English
  • Must be able to work independently and follow directions
  • Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one during hiring process)

Preferred:

  • Valid Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement
  • If not currently licensed, paid CDL training is available

Compensation & Benefits:
