We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Tech EMT PRN like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** As a **Patient Care Technician (PCT)** , you will be a crucial member of our collaborative nursing care team, delivering hands-on care and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients. Your support brings comfort, dignity, and connection to those who need it most-and helps make our mission to improve lives a reality for patients every day. **Your responsibilities will include:** + Providing care for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, feeding, and assisting with movement, to keep patients comfortable and supported + Checking vital signs, collecting specimens, and sharing updates with the nursing team to support timely, informed care + Maintaining clean, safe, and well-stocked patient rooms by following infection prevention standards and keeping the environment organized + Preparing patients for procedures and responding promptly to call lights and patient needs + Caring for patients like family by communicating clearly, showing empathy, and guiding them and their families throughout every step of their care **What qualifications you will need:** + Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date + (AEMT-State) Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians, or Paramedic, or (EMT) Emergency Medical Technician HCA Healthcare's Alaska Regional Hospital ( is known for our expertise, compassion and skills.
