We currently have an opportunity as a Placement Counselor. The Work Ready program provides employment-oriented services to those receiving Public Assistance benefits, including those who require specific help managing barriers to self-sufficiency.
This role, located in our office in Center City Philadelphia , offers flexibility and a hybrid environment. This position is full-time, 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide appropriate community service sites, job search and job placement activities; place clients at those sites
Arrange for on-site employer presentations
Develop ongoing relationships with employers
Facilitate employment and other related workshops

The base pay for this position ranges from $22.26 to $27.20 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
