Young adult male in Lakewood with SIP Vent in need of nursing overnights. Member ambulates, incontinent of bowel and bladder and is verbal. Alert and oriented x3. Needs nurse during shift to assist getting ready and getting in pool for aqua therapy. Nurse needs to be knowledgeable of vent. Medication administration by mouth. Looking for Mon and Wed nights 7p-5a.

Responsibilities:

• Follow a well-designed plan of care crafted by our Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as per the plan of care.
• Monitor clients' conditions closely and report any changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with provided orders.

Requirements:

• Current nursing license in the state.
• Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor.
• Up to date Medical Documents.
