Your Responsibilities:
Guide clients through enrollment in life and supplemental benefit programs
Conduct virtual consultations and educate families about their options
Customize benefit plans based on each client’s individual needs
Submit applications and follow up on approvals
Attend team meetings and stay connected in a remote team culture
What You Need:
Great attitude and communication skills
A willingness to learn and be coachable
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
Must reside in the U.S. (remote position)
