Customer Success Manager (Remote)

Are you passionate about helping customers succeed and driving business impact? We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring our customers achieve outstanding results with our AI-driven marketing solutions.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to support customer success, renewals, upsells, and expansions. You'll oversee the design and execution of use cases, work directly with customers to identify new opportunities, and build strong executive-level relationships. Additionally, you'll contribute to product development by acting as the voice of our customers and providing insights that shape our roadmap. Given the analytical nature of our product, you'll also conduct data analysis and craft compelling presentations that highlight customer successes and business impact.

What You'll Do

Build meaningful, trust-based relationships across customer organizations
Partner with implementation and data science teams to ensure the success of AI-driven use cases
Work closely with the sales team to drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities
Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business needs and pain points to align solutions effectively
Act as a strategic advisor, helping customers maximize the value of our platform
Analyze data (using tools like Excel and SQL) to generate insights, troubleshoot issues, and demonstrate the impact of our solutions
Present customer success stories and insights through compelling, data-driven storytelling
Communicate customer needs to the product and marketing teams to influence a customer-centric roadmap

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in strategy consulting
Familiarity with data science or machine learning is a strong plus

Additional Details

Travel: Up to 20% travel for company-wide gatherings, team offsite workshops, customer meetings, and industry events
Compensation: Base salary of $145,000-$184,000 per year, plus additional commission and bonus potential ($40,000-$49,000), with an overall OTE of $185,000 - $233,000. Additional performance-based bonuses, commissions (when applicable), and/or equity options may be offered as part of the compensation package.

Location: Fully remote, with adjusted compensation based on the cost of labor in your country of residence.
