Your Role at VMG

🔹 Lead project teams to deliver on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

🔹 Build and maintain strong client relationships , serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

🔹 Oversee project planning, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation .

🔹 Manage contracts and subcontracts, ensuring full compliance with all terms and conditions.

🔹 Monitor project progress, proactively resolving challenges to keep things on track.

🔹 Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.

🔹 Track financial performance, addressing variances to maximize profitability .

🔹 Promote and enforce safety standards across all project sites.

🔹 Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence .

🔹 Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.

What You Bring to the Table

✔️ 10+ years of project management experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing, or related industries.

✔️ Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial construction projects successfully.

✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills to juggle multiple projects.

✔️ Deep understanding of construction principles, practices, and building systems .

✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills .

✔️ Proficiency in project management software and tools.

✔️ Passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement .
