What You'll Do
Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and other lead sources.
Make 100+ calls per day to potential clients and build long-term relationships.
Educate clients on the importance of proper coverage and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Develop referral partnerships with local business professionals.
Maintain professionalism and dependability in a fast-paced sales environment.
What We're Looking For
(Please apply only if you meet the following requirements)
At least 1 year of experience in a Captive Agency (preferably Allstate) P&C Insurance Outbound Sales
At least 1 year of prior remote work experience
Proven track record of outbound sales (minimum 40 policies per month for the past year)
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
Competitive sales mindset - Thrives in a commission-based role
Comfortable working in a structured digital environment (camera-on policy during work hours)
Dedicated home office setup for a professional remote work experience
Strong communication & interpersonal skills with a positive, driven attitude
