We consistently deliver positive relationships, cost reductions and business results. **Role: UKG-Kronos WFM Scrum Master** **Pleasanton, CA** **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with experience managing UKG-Kronos Workforce Management (WFM) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, experience with UKG projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide and support our development teams in delivering high-quality solutions. **Job Responsibilities:** + Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. + Collaborate with the product owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog. + Ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and best practices. + Remove obstacles and impediments that may hinder the team's progress. + Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and continuous improvement. + Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and transparency within the team. + Track and report on key metrics to monitor the team's performance and progress. + Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment across the organization. + Continuously update skills and knowledge to stay current with industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies. **Required Qualification:** + Strong facilitation and communication skills + Deep knowledge and experience implementing UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central, etc. + Deep knowledge of Boomi and integrations between UKG and other 3 rd party systems + Good knowledge of WFM, preferably in healthcare + Should have worked on UKG projects and familiar with execution of UKG projects + Knowledge of UKG Pro WFM application will be considered a huge plus. + Proven experience in the full life cycle of a project, including gathering detailed requirements, developing designs, and delivering solutions + Excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management. + Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring multi-product solutions and product integration of legacy systems. + Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certifications are preferred. + Experience in Agile Scrum processes and Waterfall methodologies.
