We're seeking a driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in Naperville, IL!   • Identify and target potential healthcare clients through various outbound methods, including online research, cold calling, networking, and targeted campaigns.
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to quickly assess leads, understand their specific challenges, and clearly articulate the value proposition of MedPro Disposal's offerings.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with prospects and diligently nurture them through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent engagement and progress towards closing.
  • Deliver engaging and customized software demonstrations and sales presentations that effectively address the unique requirements and pain points of potential clients.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all generated leads and consistently follow up via phone, email, and our integrated CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Effectively understand client needs, confidently overcome objections, and offer tailored software and service solutions that deliver demonstrable value, leading to successful deal closures.
  • Identify and actively pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional software modules and services to existing clients, maximizing their value and our revenue.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in healthcare compliance and safety, gain valuable insights into the competitive landscape, and leverage this knowledge to enhance your sales strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless sales process and a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven Sales Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for outbound or inside sales roles.
  • Consistent Quota Achievement: A demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience selling to healthcare organizations or multi-location accounts is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional Communication Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasive presentation, and effective negotiation skills.
  • Proactive "Hunter" Mentality: A self-driven and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, coupled with strong organizational skills in a high-volume environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using leading CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales outreach tools.
  • Educational Background (Helpful): A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required for candidates with substantial relevant experience.

  • Competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $75,000 to $100,000+ annually, directly reflecting your performance.
